Point PODW54542W is a 45 cm wide dishwasher with a third wash level for cutlery. The machine can hold up to 10 dishes. The dishwasher has really good wash programs and features, such as the 58 min wash program and the Whisper Wash silent program, which uses lower water pressure to achieve a quieter washing sound. The convenient LED screen and easy-to-use control panel with traditional buttons guarantee an easy and pleasant user experience.

Good washing programs

Thanks to seven different washing programs, you can wash different dishes easily. The auto washing program is flexible, the sensors in the appliance determine the washing time and the temperature of the washing water. The Whisper, ECO and Hygienia 72° programs have a constant temperature and a longer washing time. The 58 min program has been polished almost to perfection. The program has a pre-wash and several rinses, and the duration is only 58 minutes. With this program, you can quickly wash even the dirtiest dishes.

If you need more clean glasses quickly, for example in the middle of a party, the 30-minute Rapid program is your savior. The dishwasher also has a 1–24-hour timer, which allows for more flexible use.

Customize the wash if you want with additional options

There are two additional functions to choose from, which you can use to customize the wash according to your needs. With the Extra cleaning function, you can make washing more hygienic. It uses a higher temperature for a longer time during rinsing, which ensures a more hygienic washing result.

The Extra drying function extends the drying phase of the washing program, and thus also enables drier dishes after washing.

Practical solutions

Practical solutions play an important role when thinking about the usability of a dishwasher. The height of the upper basket of the dishwasher can be adjusted when it is full, so you can adjust it to suit the height of your crockery set. The multifunctional cup holders in the upper basket enable, for example, the effortless washing of kitchen utensils, knives or small cups, and of course support for washing wine glasses.

The half-load function saves water and energy

If you wish, you can wash a half machine with a half load program. When you fill the machine, put all the dishes in the same basket, either on the top or bottom. You can choose whether only the washing arm of the lower basket or the washing arm of the upper basket is used. This is how you save water and energy.

Automatic hatch opening

After the washing programs, the door of the dishwasher opens automatically, letting the moist air out of the machine. At the same time, dry cool air can flow inside the machine. Many times, plastic containers do not dry properly with normal drying, the automatic door opening solves this problem. Especially if you wash the dishes at night and empty the machine in the morning, the plastic dishes will be completely dry.
